Home Power Washing in Morrisville, NC

We recently power washed this house in Morrisville, NC. Some companies call this pressure washing, but we prefer to not call house washing a high-pressure job. For this house wash, we used our low pressure cleaning method that does a beautiful job without blasting the siding or causing damage. With our professional power washing equipment, we are able to reach those 3rd story peaks from the ground without a ladder. We did, however, need to pull out the ladder to clean the 2nd story porch seen on the front of the home.

We also used the ladder to clean the vinyl on the side of the dormer at the right of the upper porch. Although the sides of dormers like this one may not be seen from the ground, they still get dirty and grow algae and mold so it’s important not to overlook these areas. Washing your home is more than just keeping up with curb appeal. Left to itself, that algae and mold would begin to degrade the siding. On this job, we also cleaned the driveway and front walkway. The difference in the front walkway before to after shows what a difference a surface cleaning can make!
